ABOUT US

CVUMC is a faith community that welcomes all persons to celebrate their love of God and their birthright as children of God. We affirm Jesus' example of love without exclusion. We welcome into the life and ministry of CVUMC all persons of every race, ethnicity, age, faith history, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, marital status, family configuration, and physical and mental ability. We believe that a diverse community makes our faith stronger, our spirituality deeper, and our service more helpful.

Grocery Rewards Cards: Please check your cards to see if you need to renew the donation to CVUMC. Every year they need to be renewed. Recently Ralphs asked everyone to reset your Community Donation Organizatiobn. This is extra money that is easy to accumulate for the church. Every little bit adds up. If you need help resetting your card and donation see Janice Burke or Alan Del Catillo. This applies to all the local Grocery Chains.

Got a Smart Phone? On Facebook?: Consider checking in with your location when you arrive for worship. Let your friends know that you are setting aside Sunday morning to praise God with your spiritual community. Think of it as sowing seeds of information that might take root in invitations and acceptance. Let's share the abundant spirit we receive in worship.

Prayer Team: Currently meeting in small groups to pray and discuss faith. A new schedule will be created shortly
